[ Longing for some Bread ]
Yep a long time gluten free and still going strong, but to be honest I do miss bread. I love eating bread especially with some nice cheeses and home-made jams.
When the buns where in the oven, our living room started to fill with amazing smells of freshly baked bread. Yum! I couldn’t wait to try them & I have to admit they turned out really good. Crunchy & chewy and lovely with fresh toppings.

Take a look at the recipe & recreate them as well. I couldn’t find amaranth flour & dark brown rice flour so I substituted them with a mix of rice flour & corn flour. Next batch i want to change a few things from the original recipe, so it fits better with my personal taste.
